All you need to do is contact us for us to discuss what exactly you are looking for or want to do. We will work our way from there and market your property for you or find you the ideal property or development.
We can also do Contract Facilitation (Offer to Purchase) on private transactions. (This we can only help you with if you have not been introduced to the property by an estate agent or a party other than us or the owner.)
For Property Sourcing our facilitation fees are calculated on a percentage of the total value of the property.
To see what you qualify for you need to do the following calculation
Gross Salary x 30% ÷ 12.8 x 1000
i.e. ZAR15 000 x30% = ZAR4 500 ÷ 12.8 x 1000 = ZAR351 563
Therefore with a gross income of R15 000 you qualify for an approximate loan of ZAR351 563
As soon as we have established what you qualify for we can continue with your application for a New bond (new home purchase), Second bond (a further loan on your current homeloan) or Switch (taking your current homeloan over to another bank).

We then take care of all those follow up calls and walk through the entire process with you. We give you constant feedback and get everything done for you ASAP.
