We currently have various developments and property  that are for sale or are available as Joint Ventures and we are constantly seeking new opportunities. We may be able to find you, as developer, a Joint Venture Partner for your development or provide you with financing for your development if it is in excess of ZAR100mil.

Trade Property Ventures caters for all your property needs. We provide excellent one on one service and make your homeloan application process much easier for you electronically. Whether you need financing for your home or renovations from ZAR100 000 upwards OR if you need financing for that property development you would like to pursue, we can do it for you! We do property financing locally for our clients at the 4 major banks in South Africa as well as development financing in excess of ZAR100mil internationally.  

MARKETING

We are willing to advertise your property on our site. We advertise daily on various websites linking back to us in the adverts. With your property listed with us your chances of finding a buyer is much higher. We do however not guarantee that your property will be sold but we are more than willing to try.
